Nice message, okay plot, mediocre acting. I think the actors had heart, but I just didn't ever really connect with Elizabeth Leroy. In fact, her character was just an inch away from getting on my nerves.
That's not to say that Amy Grabow is a bad actor, but she is not so excellent that I want to see any more of her movies. I read this book and thought it was much better than the movie, but neither one were outstanding.
