Review of Three Identical Strangers (2018) by Richard M — 12 Jul 2018
Three Identical Strangers is a "Nature vs. Nuture" documentary about triplets separated at birth who discover each other at age 19. This movie has some fascinating information but it all depends on your background whether or not you will believe it.
Anyone who is a researcher will be shocked with the flawed research and the unbelievable conclusions spouted by various relatives and the 3 boys themselves. Once the boys discover they are triplets, they act (and I use the term loosely) like they are carbon copies of one another! Then as things fall apart and tragedy comes to play, they blame the adoption agency for purposely separating them.
The only logical conclusion about their plight is that they never should have found out they were triplets and got together. If you have no preconceived notions about "twin research" and are inclined to believe in full disclosure of EVERYTHING about the birth, birth parents, etc.
, then you might like this movie. I still can't believe it got such high ratings.
