So what if he "wasted" his time, I don't understand why viewers are bothered. He's not your life, and I don't agree with the word "waste." thanks to him, we can see Vermeer realistically.
I think WE wasted our youth studying art history with Vermeer in it. Regardless, I thoroughly enjoyed Tim's devotion and work. Many thanks. Curiousity and learning are two important traits to have.
