They should have called it "Michael B Jordan action hero part 1".
As a standalone movie, it's an average, B grade action film. As a Tom Clancy adaption, it's a zero because it's got nothing in common with the book. They basically used the book as a sticker to get attention. Just FYI, it's also produced by Jordan, so Amazon basically said let's get Jotdan in a film and put a Tom Clancy sticker on it.
