The movie is not all that bad. It's not a decent movie, not by a long shot. But it's not an unwatchable, terrible movie either. Does it lack a good plot? Does it have the same ridiculous story, with the same silly military sub plot and copies off the three previous movies? Yes, sure.
But does it lack mass destruction, non-stop action and epic Mark Wahlberg moments? Hell no.
