Steve Buscemi not only stars, but wrote and directed this little indie gem. Glorious cast, which includes Buscemi, Carol Kane, Chloe Sevigny, Mark Boone Jr. along with many others. Amazing character study, into the lives of every-day alcoholics.
Not sure how Buscemi became an expert here, but he nails it. Bronson Dudley as Billy is magnificent.
