Turning Red is another winner for Pixar. It's the most unique and stylish film that they’ve ever done, with both the animation and story feeling really fresh and original. Filled to the brim with personality and life, it's just so endearing and fun to watch.
Domee Shi proves herself as a more than capable director, bringing a unique visual approach that perfectly suits this personal story, these characters, and this time period. She isn't afraid to take some real risks with the storytelling, resulting in some bold decisions that I really appreciated.
