I think it is a good movie. The animation cloud have been better, but it is good enough. The story is based on WW2, and how the English army used pigeons to deliver messages over the enemy lines. Mabye not the best movie ever, but it probably is the European answer on Cars, and Toy Story.
A fine pice of English animation, and I would like to recommend it.
