I was ready for the movie to be a negative depiction of Cheney, but the Cheney of Vice bears no resemblance to the real Cheney at all. the creator's of voice have invented a straw man with the name of Cheney and then trotted him from scene to hateful scene to besmirch the name by any means possible.
This movie doesn't even rise to the level of satire. It's only purpose is to stir up hate and a completely false characterization of conservatism.
