'Wait for Your Laugh' sets out and does exactly what you want it to do. It tells the worthwhile story of the legendary performer Rose Marie, makes you laugh, and evokes memories of a simpler time. There's no hidden agenda.

I watched this because I'm a huge game show fan and if you love game shows you probably have enjoyed The Hollywood Squares. Rose Marie was a regular on Squares for much of its run. Couple that with the narrator being Squares original host Peter Marshall and this was a must-see for me. It didn't disappoint. This is the kind of doc that'll hit the spot if you're into game shows (although they are not featured) or any of the talking heads which include Marshall, Carl Reiner, Tim Conway, and Dick Van Dyke. Final Score: 9.7/10.
