If you know your vampire lore, you know how every rule applies to the characters in this mockumentary. The collaboration of Taika Waititi and Jermaine Clement makes the everyman humor all the more funny when the undead is involved.
There are so much funny situations that work to the advantage of the camera, the writing, and the jokes. It exposes the truth about vampires, yet will make you realize it's kinda fun.
