Based on the novel of the same name by Peter Hedges. Gilbert Grape lives in Endora, a place where nothing much happens. Gilbert is his family's main breadwinner and also has to care for his mentally disabled brother Arnie (DiCaprio) and his morbidly obese mother, which becomes a challenge when love walks into his life.
Leonardo DiCaprio in one of his best roles. Great film!
