Severely dated casting platform. A literal 99.9 percent ALL white cast with the one token person of color who's only imperative, as originality would have it would have it, is to ensure the success of the white leading role.
It seems the diversity factor is only being discussed at award shows and still hasn't been granted a seat at the production table.
