Review of Where to Invade Next (2015) by Matt G — 03 Mar 2017
Man, Moore is about as subtle as he is svelte. I've been able to get into his films in the past, especially Bowling for Columbine, but I can't figure something out: Has his propaganda filmmaking gotten worse, or am I just more attuned to and turned off by it now? Certainly his wit puts him slightly above most other one-sided documentarians, and he has some decent points to make, but this is largely just obnoxious.
