I challenge ANYONE READING THIS to watch this movie and then explain to me how we are currently the greatest country on earth.
We are not the greatest country in the world. We are the most powerful country and that is an important difference.
How are we the greatest country? Our freedom? No. Many other countries have freedom. But there's isn't like ours? No. There's is better because they have a lot of other things we really need. We should have power to demand a government that provides these things.
We are the most powerful country in the world. We have incredible potential, but we let greedy corporate types, and the politicians they can buy off, rob us of our opportunities to do anything of any worth. We just accept it. I'm sick of it. Don't give me this "greatest country" crap until we've done the things in this film that we are not doing. Ideas that used to be ours, but we abandoned them.
Again, I challenge ANYONE READING THIS to watch this movie and then explain to me how we are currently the greatest country on earth.
