Not too bad, but one of the lesser films of the original 8 Films to Die For. It's an interesting story and it's a nice combination of a ghost story and a zombie flick. Nothing fantastic or ground-breaking, but there's some creep moments and it's entertaining.
Pretty creepy kids as well.
