This movie is difficult. It unfurls at a snails pace slowly building towards a penultimate mystery we all know the answer to . But what makes it so captivating is the uncomfortable objective realism it summons as we watch this somehow hopeless and optimistic quest to save their home.
Jennifer Lawrence is a quiet force in the lead role perfectly embodying the stressful yet tumultuous role of breadwinner. It's a worthwhile journey.
