Better production values than the sitcom, story of a wider, earth shattering scope, and the characters you've come to know and love all add up into a good time. You'll enjoy it more if you've seen the show, but you could watch this with no previous knowledge of the characters and still come out satisfied.
Typical of Disney Channel material, the movie teaches a life lesson and does so entertainingly. I have no issue with letting my 13 year old daughter watch this over and over. I've grown fond of the Russo family myself.
