After re watching it the other day, YOLT has gone from "alright" to one of the better entries in the series for me. I think it's an improvement over Thunderball actually. The cinematography in Japan is absolutely gorgeous, and (Spoiler Alert) the finale in the volcano lair is so well done, easily one of the best set pieces in the series.
Pleasence as Blofeld is also very good in this film. While Connery does look very bored, it's an overall good film.
