Review of Zootopia (2016) by Marc5477 — 30 May 2016
The funny interactions between Fox and Bunny outclass the really poor plot and political correctness message being forced down your throat... not to mention that toilet quality pop music. There were plenty of funny scenes and characters and I found myself surprisingly entertained despite rolling my eyes at some of the messages that were not necessary nor representative of reality.
But if you ignore the juvenile politics, there is some funny writing in here as the story revolved around a stary-eyed bunny cop who wants to make the world better but ends up making things worse due to not being as smart as she thinks she is.
Luckily she encounters a wise Fox who had lost hope in society but found it again through his bunny counterpart. The go around town interacting with other animals to solve a crime and get into trouble along the way and it was fun to watch since the movie does not take itself very seriously.
A good move over all.
